• Any entries received outside this promotional period will be deemed invalid.
3. Eligibility to Enter
• Entry is open to residents of All Australian States & Territories.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, and agencies associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
• To enter the promotion, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:
1. Purchase a participating product from the store or online
• Limit on Entries: One (1) entry per person per one (1) product purchased.
5. The Prize Pool
• Total Prize Pool Value: Up to $2,720 (including GST).
• Prize Details:
1 x 9K white gold and rose gold pendant featuring 15 Australian pink diamonds equaling 0.12ct and 7 white diamonds equaling 0.06ct on a 42 + 3cm 9K white gold chain.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value (subject to state/territory regulations).
6. Draw Details
• Date of Draw: 20 November 2026 at 12:00 PM AEDT.
• Location of Draw: Rowe Design. 90 Grafton St cnr 31 Shields St Cairns City QLD 4870.
• Draw Method:
• The winner will be drawn as a random draw from all valid entries.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
• The winner will be notified via phone and email same day of the draw. November 20th.
• The winner’s name and state/territory of residence will be published on Social Media, (Facebook and Instagram) on Friday the 20th November.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
• If a prize is not claimed by 20th January 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 22nd January 2027 at the same time at new store location 53-57 Esplanade, Cairns City.
• Any winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email, phone and published online.
9. Privacy and Liability
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including prize suppliers and state regulatory authorities) as required.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or accepting the prize.
